Indulge yourself further with an aromatherapy neck, arm and hand massage that will smooth away your tension and leave your mind in a state of calm. As your treatment comes to an end you will find yourself feeling lighter, more refreshed and ready to go back into the noise of the world with a balanced mind and body. On Arrival, you will fill in your treatment questionnaire. You will then lay back, listen to the soothing sounds and breathe in the soft aromas while I perform a brief hair analysis of your scalp to identify specific issues such as dryness, dandruff, or clogged follicles. A lavender heated or Rose Quartz eye mask is provided to bring more serenity to your experience. This treatment includes Exfoliating scalp scrub Shampoo cleanse Warm oil cleanse Hydrating condition/mask treatment Hair steam Halo water fountain therapy Aromatherapy neck, arm and hand massage Please note - This is a deeply relaxing head spa experience and not a hair salon appointment. Hair will be towel dried before a nourishing scalp and hair mist is applied. You will then enjoy a herbal tea while your hair is lightly blow dried to lock in moisture or choose an intense leave in mask instead of a blow dry. Avoid washing or styling your hair for 24 hours, this allows the products to fully absorb and prevent stressing your hair and scalp. Booking Policy
Last minute cancellations and no shows have a huge impact on our business. To prevent this and to make it fair for all clients the following booking policy applies. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointment but we ask that you do so 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. Cancelling or rescheduling in less than 48 hours will result in loss of the appointment. Refunds will only be issued within 48 hours of the booking being made. Failure to arrive on time for your treatment may result in the appointment time being reduced. If you fail to show up to your appointment a cancellation email will be sent to you and any future bookings you make will be cancelled. This booking policy also applies to all bookings made via gift voucher or eGift cards. Gift vouchers and eGift cards are non transferable and non refundable.
